Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on business days are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation SMS/email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation when it's dispatched.
  • Large orders or B2B bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Heavy & Bulk Items

For heavy items (cable drums, large quantities) or bulk B2B orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume.
  • Freight charges may apply for orders exceeding 50kg.
  • Contact us for custom quotes on large orders.
  • We can arrange crane/lift-gate delivery for very heavy items.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information via SMS and email. You can track your order through:

  • Delivery partner's tracking website
  • WhatsApp updates (if opted in)

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • Our delivery partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • After failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for returned packages.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
