2. Products and Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We make every effort to display accurate product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
• B2B pricing is available for registered business accounts only and may require verification.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Placement

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
• You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for most locations
• Bank Transfer - Payment must be completed before dispatch
• Pay on Pickup - Cash or card payment at our store

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery charges are calculated based on delivery location and order value. Free delivery may be available for orders above certain thresholds.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
• Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the products.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unopened packaging.
• Electrical products opened from sealed packaging cannot be returned due to safety regulations (except for defective items).
• Custom cut cables or products made to order are not eligible for return.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Warranty

• Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.
• Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or through our customer service.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Original purchase receipt/invoice is required for all warranty claims.

7. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• B2B accounts require business verification and may take 1-2 business days to approve.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jamalsons Electric Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamalsons Electric Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
