We'll repair, replace, or refund based on assessment. Processing takes 7-14 days.

Documents Required for Warranty Claims

  • Original Purchase Receipt/Invoice - Keep your invoice safe as it's required for all warranty claims.
  • Product with Original Packaging - If possible, retain the original box and packaging.
  • Warranty Card - If the product came with a manufacturer's warranty card, please fill it out and keep it.
  • Photos/Videos - Clear images or videos showing the defect help expedite the claim process.

Manufacturer Warranty

Most products we sell come with manufacturer's warranty. For certain brands, warranty claims may need to be processed directly with the manufacturer:

  • Schneider Electric - Claims through authorized service centers
  • Legrand - Contact their Pakistan office for warranty service
  • ABB - Warranty handled through ABB authorized distributors
  • Local Brands - Processed through Jamalsons or brand service centers
